Video 44.7 Fetal cardiomyopathy
Fetal cardiomyopathy. Abnormal 4-chambered view in the setting of fetal cardiomyopathy in a 22-week fetus. Normal cardiac connections and levocardia. There is significant biventricular hypertrophy with a very reduced biventricular systolic function. A right-sided pleural effusion, likely indicating hydrops fetalis, is noted.
