Coronary artery fistula in fetal life. There is a small coronary-cameral fistula entering the right ventricle of a fetus with pulmonary atresia and intact ventricular septum associated with severe right ventricular hypoplasia. These can be difficult to see in the fetus. Note that the Nyquist limit is decreased in an attempt to find low-velocity diastolic flow.
