Fetal tricuspid regurgitation. This is an evaluation of tricuspid regurgitation in a mid-trimester fetus with pulmonary atresia and intact ventricular septum who has severe RV dilation and a very dysplastic tricuspid valve. This is a magnified image of the dysplastic tricuspid valve. The severe tricuspid regurgitation results in massive dilation of the right atrium.
