Video 9.7: Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC): supracardiac to the left innominate vein. Parasternal short-axis imaging with color Doppler flow mapping in a patient with supracardiac TAPVC and obstruction of the left-sided vertical vein as it courses in between the left pulmonary artery and the left mainstem bronchus. This patient had a mean gradient of ~14 mmHg at this site by Doppler and suprasystemic right ventricular pressure.
