Video 42.19 En face view of the displaced tricuspid valve (TV)
En face view of the displaced tricuspid valve (TV). The septal leaflet is seen attached to the interventricular septum. The large and sail-like anterior superior leaflet can also be seen. The coaptation of the abnormal leaflets is not optimal, leaving an evident opening of the TV during systole, which will lead to tricuspid regurgitation.
