Video 42.1 A crop box, showing inside an anatomical representation of a normal heart
A crop box, showing inside an anatomical representation of a normal heart. The heart is cut through a coronal cross-section, moved first posteriorly and then anteriorly. The spatial relation between anatomical structures can be well appreciated in this way. Note the bulging of the interventricular septum to the right. At the end of the clip, the right ventricular outflow tract and pulmonary valve are seen, as structures that lie most anteriorly.
