Congenital aneurysm of the ventricular septum. A 19-year-old female with palpitations and frequent premature ventricular contractions. Magnetic resonance cine SSFP imaging in the short-axis plane demonstrates global left ventricular dysfunction with similar contractility of the aneurysm wall.
