Asymmetric septal hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Apical 4-chamber view with color flow mapping demonstrates basal septal hypertrophy. Aliasing demonstrates the location of the left ventricular outflow tract obstruction. The resultant mitral regurgitation is also seen.
