Video 30.7 Parasternal short-axis view in a patient with anomalous aortic origin of the left main coronary artery from the right aortic sinus of Valsalva and an intraconal course
Parasternal short-axis view in a patient with anomalous aortic origin of the left main coronary artery from the right aortic sinus of Valsalva with an intraconal course. Note that the left main coronary artery travels within the conal septum (the muscle between and below the semilunar valves) and does not conform to the aortic root as it would if there course were intramural.
