Patient with single coronary artery after arterial switch operation presenting with sudden collapse 13 years after the procedure. The transesophageal echocardiogram shows severe global left ventricular dysfunction. Angiography demonstrated an occluded LCA with extensive collateral flow from the RCA to the LCA.
