Neonate after complete repair of an interrupted aortic arch, consisting of aortic arch reconstruction and closure of the ventricular septal defect. The left ventricular outflow remains small. Despite successful surgery, further echocardiographic follow-up is required to observe evolution of disease as progressive obstruction can develop with advancing age.
