An apical 4-chamber view of hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS). Note the hypertrophied right ventricle (RV), the redundant tricuspid valve tissue and the hypoplastic left ventricle (LV). The echo-bright left ventricular endocardium is consistent with endocardial fibroelastosis.
