Video 17.2 Subcostal short-axis sweep in pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum
Subcostal short-axis sweep in pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum. This Video is focused on the right ventricle and shows how well one can image the right ventricular outflow from this view, particularly in infants. This is an excellent view for evaluating tricuspid valve tissue and papillary muscles (seen in the caudal aspect of the right ventricular image, just to the right of the septum).
